Accommodations and travel arrangements are not included in the registration fees. I understand, I am responsible to call the hotel and book my room (https://www.redmountainresort.com/) and book my flight. I also understand, it is NOT a requirement to stay at the Resort. I can stay at a local Air B&B, hotel, or other location and pay a daily resort fee to access resort amenities if I so choose. *

A nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. Cancellation prior to July 21, 2023 guest receives a full refund of payments made less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation after July 21st, 2023: no refunds will be given. ***FULL Balance is due by July 21st, 2023 *** There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather. Hosts will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness. After July 21st, 2023 the retreat payments are non-refundable. If payment is not made on time, you forfeit your spot in this retreat. If for any reason you cannot attend this retreat, you can transfer your registration to another person and they can attend the retreat - this will be your responsibility to find a replacement. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy. *

Registration for the 3 day-2 night Retreat includes all sessions and group activities with Jessica. Please note that registration does NOT cover travel expenses or hotel accommodations. You must contact the resort to book your room. The room block is limited and is a first come first served for the group rate. If you book at the resort, your booking includes 3 meals a day, exercise classes, access to all pools and amenities, as well as free guided hikes in the Red Mountain. If you choose to stay at another location, it is your responsibility to secure transportation to the resort. *
