Clinical Supervision

Offering supervision services for
Texas LPC Associates.

Meet Jessica

Hi! I’m Jessica Frasier, a state-approved supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC- Associate), ready to accompany you on the final stretch of your licensure journey.

With a dedication to mental wellness, my expertise primarily lies in grief work. Yet, I’m equally passionate about incorporating holistic approaches to therapy, delving into aspects like movement, nutrition, and beyond, for comprehensive client care.

My journey includes earning a Masters in Counseling from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2015, and since 2010, I’ve been deeply involved in K-12 Public schools, embodying various roles of teacher, Professional School Counselor, and Student Support Counselor. With over a decade of experience in educational settings, I’m adept at navigating counseling responsibilities alongside administrative tasks such as managing 504 plans, schedules, and assessments.

Beyond educational settings, I’ve also cultivated a thriving private practice, offering both in-office and online sessions to cater to diverse needs. I also present often on a range of mental health topics and host workshops and retreats.

Whether you prefer face-to-face or remote tele-supervision, I provide both options. If you’re a mental health professional seeking guidance or supervision, reach out today at (940) 210-0752 for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!

Where there is no guidance, a people falls,
but in an abundance of counselors there is safety” Proverbs 11:14

Selecting a Supervisor

Selecting a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) is a critical part of this journey. You want a supervisor you feel safe with and who also maintains our ethical code. The Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors mandates strict adherence to rules and regulations governing this process. It is crucial to meticulously vet your potential LPC-S, referencing the LPC Rules whenever uncertainty arises, and maintaining meticulous records.

Your alignment with your Supervisor doesn’t hinge on sharing the same theoretical orientation or business strategies. What truly matters is finding a Supervisor who is committed to nurturing your growth into the best therapist you can possibly be.

Your Supervision Fee encompasses the following comprehensive services:

  1. Individual weekly sessions, offering a blend of HIPAA-compliant Zoom and in-person meetings.
  2. Feedback and guidance on counseling techniques, diagnoses, assessments, ethical considerations, and the practical application of theories.
  3. Thorough review of case notes aimed at enhancing documentation quality and ensuring ethical compliance.

The Supervision Fee for these services is $300 per month, due on the first of each month. This fee includes 4 hours of supervision as required by the board.

Supervision rates are the responsibility of the supervisee. If your employer intends to cover these fees as a benefit, the payment arrangement must be made directly with you. Since the supervision services are rendered to you, the supervisee, you bear the responsibility for payment.

Qualities I Seek in an LPC Associate:

1. A robust ethical and moral compass. Familiarity with the Texas Board Rules is essential. You can access them here: https://www.bhec.texas.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2023-November-LPC.pdf 2. Dedication, respectfulness towards the supervisor/supervisee dynamic, organizational proficiency, accountability, adeptness in time management, and a readiness to seek clarification through questioning. 3. A deep commitment to the counseling profession
