My primary focus is helping individuals heal from unresolved grief so they can show up fully alive—emotionally, mentally, and physically—while also supporting clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Therapy with Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor is offered in person in Waco, TX or via Telehealth (online).
Sessions are $135 per session.

I currently accept Aetna, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) insurance plans.
Payment methods accepted include card or exact cash.

Trainings and presentations are customized per request. Please email me with your request, and together we will create the best plan for your organization.
